Participants should seek advice from a licensed financial adviser, solicitor, or other appropriate professional before making decisions about their own circumstances.

Latterly does not represent, endorse, or recommend any specific financial product, investment strategy, adviser, or service provider.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Thai law, Latterly's total liability to any participant arising out of or in connection with their participation in a session shall not exceed the fee paid for that session.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, including (without limitation) loss of income, loss of opportunity, or decisions made in reliance on session content.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Latterly shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, public health measures, utility disruptions, or venue unavailability.

11. Cancellation and Termination

Participants may withdraw from a session at any time, subject to the refund terms in Section 7.

Latterly may terminate a participant's enrolment if they breach these Terms, particularly regarding conduct or misuse of Materials. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law shall survive any termination or expiry of participation.
