The Orientation Workshop runs for a half day (approximately four hours). The Records Sorting Toolkit includes a single working session of two to three hours alongside self-guided template work. The Extended Literacy Course is spread across several weeks in structured modules, typically two to three hours per session with a small group.

Do I need any prior knowledge before attending?

Not at all. The Orientation Workshop is specifically designed as a first step — no background in finance or pension systems is assumed. The Extended Literacy Course builds knowledge progressively, so participants who start with little familiarity can follow at a comfortable pace.
